Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve complex customer and business concerns
  • Develop and manage the annual operating budget and plan for system and tool improvements
  • Identify customer trends and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
  • Develop and monitor customer service operations, including policies and procedures, operating structure, and workflow
  • Drive continuous improvement and identify changes and improvements necessary to meet business goals and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Maintain confidentiality of all matters

Requirements:

  • Four-year college or university degree in Business or related field
  • Or equivalent education and/or experience
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Business or related field
  • Required: Six or more years of relevant experience
  • Preferred: Experience in the oil and gas industry

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present, persuade, and collaborate at the leadership level
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite

Work Environment:

  • Work is accomplished indoors and in air-conditioned or well-ventilated facilities
  • Work is executed in an office or in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone and computer
