Jiffy Offer is seeking a skilled Property Acquisitions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with property sellers, identifying and acquiring properties that meet our company criteria.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, negotiation, and customer service. You will work closely with our team to analyze leads, conduct negotiations, and secure profitable deals.
Responsibilities
- Contact and build relationships with motivated property sellers through phone calls, texts, and emails.
- Negotiate purchase agreements to arrive at win-win deals, addressing objections and aligning with company objectives.
- Analyze market data and seller motivations to make compelling offers.
