Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare exam rooms for patient visits, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment
  • Perform preliminary physical tests and obtain vital signs
  • Set up diagnostic and treatment equipment as needed
  • Administer injections and perform phlebotomy as required
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation of patient medical records, test requests, medications, and patient education
  • May perform scribe duties
  • Assist physicians as directed
  • Work effectively in a team environment
Requirements
  • Experience in a medical office setting and/or graduation from a certified Medical Assistant program
  • Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) certification preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in a medical office
  • Experience with EMR systems and medical terminology required
  • Previous experience in an OBGYN office preferred
  • Able to travel between offices as needed
