Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled X-ray CT Imaging Physicist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, evaluating, and applying novel CT image generation and analysis techniques for CT scanners, including photon counting CT.

Key Responsibilities
  • CT Image Generation and Analysis
    • Develop and implement CT image generation methods, including data corrections, image reconstruction, and image processing.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new Computed Tomography (CT) scanner systems.
  • Algorithm Development and Testing
    • Design and develop advanced image processing algorithms around image reconstruction.
    • Tune image processing algorithms to enhance image quality.
  • Software Development and Data Analysis
    • Write software for data analysis and experiment design.
    • Collect and analyze data to evaluate algorithm performance.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Master's degree or higher in Mathematics, Physics, Medical Physics, or a related field.
    • Experience in the design, development, and implementation of CT scanners or similar medical devices.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent mathematics, numerical algorithm, and programming skills.
    • Strong background in Digital Signal Processing, and Digital Image Processing.
    • Programming experience in C or C++, and MATLAB or Python.
