Medix™ is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-ray imaging, to help our patients receive accurate diagnoses and effective treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-ray imaging, to produce high-quality images for medical diagnosis.
- Operate imaging equipment, such as X-ray machines, to capture images of patients' internal structures.
- Position patients for optimal image capture and ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of imaging protocols and procedures to ensure accurate and effective imaging.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
Requirements:
- BLS certification
- ARRT certification
- TMB certification
- Ability to lift 50-60 pounds of equipment
- 1+ years of experience in diagnostic imaging or a related field
