We are seeking an experienced and motivated Culinary Director to join our team at Elior North America. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality standards and practices of our food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.
- Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met.
- Participating in the planning and execution of special events.
Requirements:
- At least three years of progressive culinary experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
- Experience with budget statements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in culinary arts.
