At Horizon Ventures, we are committed to providing exceptional care and services to our patients and community. As a Human Resources Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission by overseeing all personnel-related matters and payroll processing.

Our organization is comprised of multiple hospitals and clinics, with a diverse workforce of over 9000 employees. As a Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert guidance and support to managers, executives, employees, and trainees on personnel-related matters
  • Independently handling all personnel matters, including payroll processing via SAP/HCM, within your defined area of responsibility
  • Collaborating closely with our works council to ensure effective communication and resolution of personnel-related issues

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A completed degree in business administration (Bachelor) or a completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably with additional qualifications as a personnel specialist
  • Professional experience in the personnel department of a hospital and good knowledge of labor, social security, and collective bargaining law (TVÖD)
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a responsible and proactive approach to personnel management
