Job Summary: The RN PICU Weekend Incentive Program is an exciting opportunity for experienced PICU Nurses to take on a challenging and rewarding role at Children's National Medical Center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care to critically ill children and their families while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role: As a PICU Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. You will work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care. Your expertise and critical thinking skills will be essential in making quick decisions and taking decisive actions to save lives.

You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. CPR certification is also mandatory.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
