Job Summary:
This is a full-time position working weekends only, with rotating shifts and holidays. As a PICU Registered Nurse, you will have the chance to work closely with a collaborative team of healthcare professionals to provide personalized care to critically ill pediatric patients. You will also have access to ongoing education and training programs to help you grow and develop your skills.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care to critically ill pediatric patients, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans.
- Partner with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of care, including physicians, therapists, social workers, and pharmacists.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families, communicating clearly and effectively to ensure informed decision-making and optimal outcomes.
