  • Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Independently escalate issues using established protocols, prioritizing patient safety.
  • Ensure accurate hand-off processes, maintaining continuity of care.
  • Nurture strong relationships with colleagues, promoting a culture of respect and teamwork.
  • Collaborate with management to implement changes that enhance patient care.
  • Embody the values of compassion and empathy in all interactions, setting the standard for exceptional caregiving.

This rewarding opportunity comes with an estimated annual salary range of $60,000-$80,000, commensurate with experience.
