About the Job

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and interpreting architectural drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
  • Preparing and managing project submittals, ensuring accurate documentation submission.
  • Utilizing software tools like Procore, Bluebeam, and Revit for project management and planning.
  • Regularly visiting job sites to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure safety compliance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using software tools such as AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam, and Revit.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
  • In-field experience, with the ability to effectively walk job sites and identify potential issues.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of $90,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The position also comes with hybrid work environment (2 days remote) and access to excellent benefits, including Medical, Vision, Dental, and 401k Match.
