Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead our vertical projects team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, with a focus on complex architectural design elements.

About the Role:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of related experience working on commercial construction projects, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Extensive knowledge of established construction and maintenance practices, procedures, and techniques.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and tools, with proficiency in skilled construction, maintenance, and repair tasks.
  • Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and project management principles.
