Position Overview

The Technical Sales Engineer plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between our innovative product offerings and the needs of our clients. This position requires a deep understanding of our HVAC solutions and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product lines and selection tools.
  • Analyze specifications and schedules provided by our sales distribution network to make informed selections.
  • Generate detailed quotations for sales representatives, ensuring all selections, catalogs, and pertinent information are included.
  • Prepare and organize submittal documents for client review.
  • Collaborate closely with sales engineers to support various sales initiatives.
  • Respond to inquiries via calls and emails regarding equipment and technical specifications.
Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and principles.
  • Familiarity with mechanical and engineering concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to work proactively and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented with a patient approach to problem-solving.
Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Experience in HVAC is highly desirable.
