KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducts a diverse range of skilled mechanical assembly tasks to support production initiatives.
- Assembles, modifies, and reworks production components based on technical drawings, process guidelines, and verbal instructions.
- Utilizes basic hand tools and machinery, including power screwdrivers, rulers, soldering irons, and other essential equipment.
- Identifies wiring using a basic color coding system.
- Participates in initial production runs for new product introductions.
- Assists in inventory management and cycle counting, adhering to established material handling procedures.
- Engages in continuous improvement initiatives and fosters team collaboration; maintains effective working relationships with colleagues.
- Maintains comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, machinery, and operational techniques.
- Ensures compliance with all relevant safety regulations and protocols.
