Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive acquisition strategies across various channels including paid social, search, and more.
- Collaborate with analytics and product teams to refine marketing strategies and optimize user acquisition.
- Manage the entire acquisition funnel, focusing on conversion rate improvements and efficiency.
- Oversee churn and retention metrics, ensuring a consistent brand voice throughout all marketing activities.
- Establish processes for evaluating digital campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
- Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively to meet growth objectives while monitoring performance metrics.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in performance marketing and user acquisition.
- Proven ability to execute strategies across various functions with a proactive approach.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with modern analytics tools.
