  • Obtaining necessary insurance pre-authorizations for patients prior to treatment completion.
  • Ensuring the office reflects the Comprehensive Care Model in both internal and external referrals.
  • Actively engaging in daily morning huddles, monthly team meetings, and other mandatory gatherings.
  • Demonstrating a solid understanding of business objectives and the direct influence of the role on performance metrics and outcomes.
  • Upholding the PDS Brand by making decisions aligned with the brand framework.
  • Developing knowledge of the Mouth-Body Connection and promoting clinical excellence through thorough patient care.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with company policies at all times.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, as well as state and federal regulations.
  • Performing additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Willingness to travel between offices as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous education or training in dentistry, insurance, or business-related fields.

  • Familiarity with office procedures, technology applications, and patient insurance processes.
