About the Position

Constant Associates is seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Improvement Specialist to support the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Fleet and Asset Management (OFAM).

The successful candidate will serve in a consulting role, leading and managing process improvement initiatives within OFAM.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development, implementation, and refinement of new processes, procedures, and training programs for each Integrated Services (IS) Project Management Office (PMO).
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and cross-functional teamwork to drive process improvements.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop effective communication plans and training programs.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration/Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems).
  • 4-10 years of experience in process improvement/providing consulting services in a government or public sector environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Power Apps (Power BI, Power Automate, and/or Vizio).
  • Demonstrated success as a project manager, including leading and managing complex projects.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive annual salary: $120,000 - $180,000.
