About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Improvement Analyst to join our team. As a subject matter expert for Infor and related systems, you will analyze business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a point of contact for users of supported business applications, resolving complex application problems.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to improve business processes and workflows.
  • Conduct system testing, including creating test cases and executing test plans.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, working with vendors to resolve technical problems.
  • Develop and maintain user manuals and documentation, providing end-user support and training.
  • Maintain current knowledge of emerging technology, industry best practices, and organizational changes related to supported business partners.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of their needs and requirements.
  • Manage assigned projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and budget management.

This position offers an estimated salary range of $56.08-$60.10 per hour, depending on experience, plus benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
