About the Job

H is looking for an experienced Process Improvement Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop recommendations for implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate documented requirements into system configurations, software business process workflows, and reporting metrics.
  • Design necessary data and systems integration requirements and work within client-acquired software platforms to implement business solutions.

The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in process improvement, demonstrated experience in Agile development methodology, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
