Job Description:

A Business Analyst position is available with Focused HR Solutions in Columbia, SC.

Responsibilities:
  • Work on project teams or independently to document processes and procedures.
  • Analyze processes and propose improvements.
  • Conduct requirements gathering, elicitation, analysis, and management for projects.
  • Conduct needs assessments or gap analyses for projects.
  • Support stakeholder management with project managers.
  • Lead testing and solution/product validation in the software development lifecycle when needed.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of related work experience.
  • Ability to take complicated processes and document them in MS Visio or MS Word.
  • Requirements gathering, elicitation, and documentation.
  • Analysis of processes and continuous improvement.
  • Testing of systems and bug/defect tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Ability to identify, map, and support business processes.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects and requirements.
  • Strong collaborator and strong ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work at a high-volume and fast pace.
  • Support regulatory compliance projects.
  • Strong schedule management and planning skills.
Estimated Salary:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
