The Opportunity:

In this position, you will:
​

Develop project timelines that encompass the entire project scope, milestones, and deadlines, utilizing critical path methodology​

Ensure clear accountability and ownership for all project results is established through Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) methodology​

Guarantee that the schedule aligns with the project execution plan, particularly regarding contracting, procurement, and project control strategy documents and plans​

Establish a clear process for baselining schedules and manage regular updates​

Oversee the fully integrated project schedule and organize it to facilitate review at various levels and details​

Negotiate and mediate timelines and project interdependencies among key stakeholders for optimal client outcomes​

Provide consistent updates on schedule progress​

Evaluate external schedules to ensure they are developed using best scheduling practices​

Have advanced your planning and scheduling capabilities​

Have demonstrated experience in quantitative risk assessment (QRA), and can expertly interpret and communicate findings to key stakeholders​

Have practical experience using Primavera P6 planning software to construct your schedule​

Hold a degree or equivalent experience in project management or construction​​

Are detail-oriented and quality-focused​
