At Bedford Stuyvesant Family Health Center, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to leverage their analytical skills and experience in healthcare data analysis to drive population health management initiatives and improve the quality of care provided to our patients.

About the Role

This position will support the design, development, implementation, and coordination of complex data compilation and analyses that promote and support population health management initiatives. The ideal candidate will identify and secure needed data, develop innovative analyses, and work closely with the Data Manager to design, build, and implement data structures and analytical systems that meet complex reporting requirements.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on UDS, Meaningful Use, PCMH, and quality management programs.
  • Extract clinical data from existing information systems (e.g., eClinicalworks).
  • Develop new methodologies to track relevant clinical data (e.g., matching cases with outcomes data).
  • Develop clinical performance reports and reporting platforms to increase transparency and information flow among providers, administrators, and other management.

Our salary range is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
