We are seeking a highly skilled Recertification Analyst to join our team at Spring Creek Towers. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, managing certification processes, and communicating with tenants and other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively. They must also be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage certification processes
- Communicate with tenants and other stakeholders
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-3 years of Affordable Housing experience
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required
- Section 8, Section 236, and Mitchell Lama housing experience required
- Microsoft Office and Internet proficiency is a plus
Estimated Salary Range:$40,001 - $50,000
