Salary and Benefits

The estimated compensation range for this position is $119,076 - $145,537 per year, including base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. In addition, Solventum offers a range of benefits, including Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits.

About the Job

As a Data Analytics Developer/Business Intelligence Software Developer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading data solutions for healthcare analytic solutions for HIS products and customers
  • Implementing published data assets, data processing pipelines, and reporting solutions
  • Determining the design, coding, and delivery of 3M HIS products and customer solutions
  • Supporting 3M HIS product development for customers across the US and the globe

You will work closely with other teams to deliver our data-driven products.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree or higher and a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development. Additional qualifications include:

  • Data Product Development Experience
  • Data Engineering Experience
  • Agile development environment experience
  • Healthcare data analysis: FHIR, HL7/X12 Claims and Clinical Data
  • Amazon Quicksight Development for Enterprise solutions
  • Developing with Amazon Web Services data products

Skills include product planning, requirements gathering, documenting voice of customer, strong teamwork, and willingness to be on-call.

Location and Travel

This role may require up to 10% domestic travel. You must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
