Job Description:

Bedford Stuyvesant Family Health Center is seeking a skilled Healthcare Data Analyst to support the design, development, implementation, and coordination of complex data compilation and analyses. The ideal candidate will identify and secure needed data, develop innovative analyses, and work closely with the Data Manager to design, build, and implement data structures and analytical systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on UDS, Meaningful Use, PCMH, and quality management programs
  • Extract clinical data from existing information systems (e.g., eClinicalworks)
  • Develop new methodologies to track relevant clinical data
  • Develop clinical performance reports and reporting platforms to increase transparency and information flow among providers, administrators, and management
Requirements and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Informatics, Analytics, or related field
  • 2-4 years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience in the healthcare industry
  • Prior UDS, Meaningful Use, PCMH experience preferred
  • Knowledge of e-Clinical Works (eCW), Azara, or Bridge IT a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • PC proficiency and Super User in Excel and databases
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is $60,000 based on experience.
