Position Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous Compensation and Benefits Analyst to enhance our team at CPS.
In this capacity, you will be tasked with performing in-depth evaluations of compensation and benefits information, ensuring it aligns with industry standards and internal equity benchmarks.
Your role will involve close collaboration with the Human Resources department and other teams to develop, execute, and manage various compensation initiatives, including salary frameworks, incentive programs, and employee recognition schemes.
Primary Duties:
Conduct thorough analysis of compensation and benefits information, including salary benchmarking, market research, and internal equity assessments.
Assist in the creation, execution, and oversight of compensation initiatives, such as salary frameworks, incentive programs, and recognition initiatives.
Oversee and manage Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) requests across multiple locations.
Facilitate open enrollment activities, including organizing discussions with teams to review benefits and coordinating necessary site meetings.
Administer bi-weekly payroll processing.
Support the annual merit increase process to ensure equitable treatment and alignment with organizational goals.
Coordinate the management of employee benefits programs, such as health and wellness plans, retirement savings options, and wellness initiatives.
Work in conjunction with the HR Information Systems (HRIS) team to ensure accurate data management and reporting related to compensation and benefits.
Provide guidance and support to managers regarding compensation and benefits matters, in collaboration with the Vice President of Human Resources.
Stay informed on legislative updates and industry trends to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain competitive positioning.#LI-DC1
