HRIS Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Analyst to join our team at Mi-Jack Products. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all aspects of our HRIS and interfaces, reporting, and assisting in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives related to the use of HRIS applications, systems, and tools.

• Maintain the integrity of the HRIS database at the company and employee levels.
• Perform analyses and tests within the system to ensure reliable and consistent report output.
• Assist with the administration of company compensation programs.
• Input complex data for all employee personnel and company records into the various HRIS modules.
• Ensure automated integration between intra and inter departmental information for employees.
• Build platform configured fields and other bespoke system setups for HR initiatives.
• Produce and submit pay surveys, compliance reporting, and other similar functions to the proper agencies.
• Manage the HRIS home page and employee and manager pages with targeted information.
• Run reports and queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
• Monitor automated reports and adjust queries when requested.
• Ensure all federal and state filings are completed.
• Leverage the data and HRIS as primary tools for HR dashboard, reporting, and analytics.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of HRIS experience in an HR database system.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with solid customer service skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

This is a sedentary office classification with moderate noise levels, controlled temperature conditions, and no direct exposure to hazardous physical substances.
