HRIS Analyst Job Description

Mi-Jack Products is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Analyst to support all aspects of the HRIS and interfaces, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the integrity of the HRIS database at the company and employee levels.
  • Perform analyses and tests within the system to ensure reliable and consistent report output.
  • Assist with the administration of company compensation programs.
  • Input complex data for all employee personnel and company records into the various HRIS modules.
  • Ensure automated integration between intra and inter departmental information for employees.
  • Build platform configured fields and other bespoke system setups for HR initiatives.
  • Produce and submit pay surveys, compliance reporting, and other functions to proper agencies.
  • Manage the HRIS home page and employee and manager pages with targeted information.
  • Run reports and queries utilizing reporting tools and maintain data integrity.
  • Ensure all federal and state filings are completed.
  • Leverage HRIS data for HR dashboard, reporting, and analytics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of HRIS experience in an HR database system.

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with Power BI, UKG Pro, IBM Cognos Analytics.

Physical and Environmental Elements: This is a sedentary office classification with moderate noise levels and controlled temperature conditions.
