Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Manager to lead our ERP solutions team. As a key member of our Corporate IT team, you will be responsible for providing level 1, 2, and 3 support to our user community, working with various departments to assess, design, develop, test, and document changes to improve efficiency and business performance. You will also prepare and present change control documentation, develop functional knowledge in application areas, and work on special projects as assigned by IT management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the ERP solutions team
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and implement changes to our ERP system
  • Prepare and present change control documentation to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain functional knowledge in application areas
  • Work on special projects as assigned by IT management

Requirements
  • Associate's degree in information systems or computer science, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in systems application support
  • Demonstrated ability to manage people and lead teams
  • Strong understanding of the value of excellent customer service and service delivery
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, team building, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient in key business systems used by Autokiniton, including QAD, EAM, EAGLE, OnBase, QMS, Gentran, Sterling Integrator, Campfire, and Cyberquery
  • Project management experience and knowledge of ITIL, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management
