Dentist Position in DeKalb County

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Dentist to join our team in DeKalb County. As an Hourly Dentist 2, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing disorders of the teeth and mouth. Your duties will include performing diagnostic services, such as exams and X-Rays, as well as providing treatment, including cleanings, fillings, and extractions. You will also be responsible for teaching patients the importance of proper oral care and recommending program improvements.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat disorders of the teeth and mouth

Teach patients the importance of proper oral care
Recommend program improvements
Evaluate dental health needs of public health clients
Participate in research activities related to dental issues of high-risk populations
Assist with grant activities as assigned by the Oral Health Manager
Requirements:
Doctorate or professional degree in dentistry from an accredited College or University
One year of experience
Current Georgia license to practice dentistry
