Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the complete lifecycle of commercial roofing projects, ensuring compliance with timelines and financial plans.
- Employ project management tools to effectively plan, track, and report on project milestones.
- Engage with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to clarify project goals and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, monitor expenditures, and predict financial outcomes.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety regulations are met.
- Proactively address any challenges or modifications that arise during the project, adapting resources and plans as necessary.
- Maintain open communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any inquiries.
- Guide and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the commercial roofing sector, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proficient in project management software, particularly Sage and Centerpoint.
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
- Competitive base salary ranging from 85k to 100k per year.
- Eligibility for two annual bonuses.
- Provision of lodging, company vehicle, and per diem for travel.
