Job Summary

We are seeking a Part Time Sales Associate to join our team in our recently opened store in Soho. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building connections and leaving a lasting impact on clients through an authentic customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationships: Build enduring relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
  • Customer Greeting: Greet customers in a captivating manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere in our store.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure top-notch service and experience for each client.
  • Product Expertise: Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and offer product expertise to clients on style and fit.
  • Operational Duties: Assist the team with operational duties such as shipping/receiving, restocking the sales floor, and maintaining visual standards.
  • Customer Feedback: Convey customer feedback and inventory requirements to support business growth.
  • Store Operations: Follow opening and closing procedures to aid in store operations.
  • Availability: Be available for opening/closing shifts as well as weekends and holidays.
  • Punctuality: Adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality.
  • Relationship Building: Capable of building strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Multitasking: Adept at multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
  • Adaptability: Quick to grasp and implement new procedures and processes.
  • Organizational Skills: Exhibit strong organizational and follow-through skills.
