Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Administrator to lead our initiative in transitioning our Salesforce environment to an in-house solution. This role will be pivotal in working closely with our development and sales teams to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Support: Maintain and run production support for our Salesforce environment.
  • Migration: Convert and migrate sales processes from the old platform to Salesforce.
  • Integration: Manage the integration of Salesforce with custom.NET applications and transition to Oracle CPQ.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside one developer and one architect to ensure seamless operations.
  • Governance: Understand and implement IT governance processes.
  • Development Process: Participate in 3-4 week sprints, following documented processes in Jira.
  • Pipeline Management: Understand how to build and deploy code pipelines.

We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and excellent communicator who is committed to long-term growth with our company. If you have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in an environment supporting 500+ users, and expertise in data migration, data modeling, and data mapping, particularly into Oracle systems, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements:
  • Any Salesforce Certifications
  • Experience implementing, enhancing, and configuring Salesforce
  • Understanding of API integrations with other systems
