CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a skilled Solutions Architect to join our team. As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for developing solutions based on identified opportunities, working with clients to understand their needs, and providing technical guidance to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop cost estimates and proposal content that convey the solution being offered
  • Evaluate new technologies and determine their applicability to our solutions
  • Define applications to be developed by the company
  • Assist the sales team with customer-facing events
  • Provide technical guidance and training to coworkers
Requirements:
  • Four-year degree in Engineering or five years' work experience in Engineering or Sales and Business Development
  • Five years in Engineering with a proven track record in technical sales for a minimum of three years
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $125,000 annually
  • Discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program
