Salesforce Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to lead our transition to an in-house Salesforce solution. This role will be pivotal in maintaining and running production support for our Salesforce environment, migrating sales processes from the old platform, and integrating Salesforce with custom .NET applications and Oracle CPQ.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Support:
Ensure the smooth operation of our Salesforce environment, providing timely support and resolving issues efficiently.
Migration:
Collaborate with our development team to migrate sales processes from the old platform to Salesforce, ensuring seamless data transfer and minimal disruption to our operations.
Integration:
Manage the integration of Salesforce with custom .NET applications and transition to Oracle CPQ, ensuring a seamless user experience and efficient data exchange.
Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
Collaboration:
Work closely with our development and sales teams to ensure that our Salesforce solution meets the needs of our business, providing regular updates and progress reports.
Governance:
Understand and implement IT governance processes, ensuring that our Salesforce solution is aligned with our company's overall strategy and goals.
Development Process:
Participate in 3-4 week sprints, following documented processes in Jira, to ensure that our Salesforce solution is delivered on time and within budget.
Pipeline Management:
Understand how to build and deploy code pipelines, ensuring that our Salesforce solution is continuously improved and updated.
