The ideal candidate will possess a fervent commitment to guiding entrepreneurs towards exceptional outcomes, managing the member experience from initiation through renewal and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership and Team Development:

  • Exhibit outstanding leadership by aligning with the organization's goals and guiding the coaching team accordingly.
  • Lead the coaching team, establishing a benchmark for coaching excellence and collaboration.
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities for the professional growth and development of coaches.
  • Drive the adoption of Jeff Walker's PLF principles, shaping the coaching strategy and ensuring effective implementation.
  • Focus on high-impact strategies that foster entrepreneur success within the Launch Club initiative.
  • Ensure that training plans for coaches are current and effectively executed for all new hires, facilitating their smooth integration and rapid skill enhancement.

Quality Assurance and Program Management:

  • Meticulously monitor coaching interactions to ensure alignment with organizational standards and objectives.
  • Efficiently coordinate coach schedules to guarantee optimal program coverage and participation in events.
  • Act as a crucial liaison among various departments, coordinating coaching activities across multiple programs and initiatives.
  • Oversee the complete member journey, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and results-driven experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies for membership renewal and retention, focusing on the key drivers of long-term engagement.

Innovative Coaching Approaches:

  • Provide expert coaching support, particularly in applying PLF principles to real-world entrepreneurial challenges.
  • Maintain high coaching standards, ensuring alignment with the unique ethos and objectives of the Launch Club initiative.

Performance Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:

  • Establish and implement robust evaluation criteria tailored to the objectives of the Launch Club initiative.
  • Regularly assess and report on program effectiveness, utilizing data to drive ongoing enhancements.

Content Development and Delivery:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver impactful, PLF-focused content and workshops that enhance the value and effectiveness of our coaching programs.

Additional Role Requirements:

Project Management and Initiative Development:

  • Demonstrate strong project management capabilities, leading projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Encourage and cultivate new initiatives proposed by coaching staff, ensuring strategic alignment and business impact.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven coaching experience.
  • Demonstrated success in leading, managing, and mentoring teams, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong track record in developing and executing effective team strategies, including setting clear objectives, delegating tasks, and providing constructive feedback.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Product Launch Formula, effectively applying its principles in marketing strategies.
  • Certification in recognized coaching programs.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace applications and Asana Project Management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for effective content creation, client interactions, and team collaboration.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and flexibility in response to changing demands.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of industry trends.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Asana for project management, ensuring efficient task completion and adherence to deadlines.

Employment Type: Full-time (40+ hours/week)
