Exchange Systems Support Engineer

Oversee extensive implementations of Exchange platforms and communication systems, encompassing MS Active Sync (mobile devices), Active Directory, IIS, spam and antivirus solutions, as well as clustering technologies.

Manage configuration, support, and administration of Exchange, Active Directory, Windows Server, and related systems.
Diagnose technical challenges and devise solutions utilizing existing methodologies or tools.
Provide on-site technical assistance for various versions of Microsoft Exchange, including transitions from on-premises to cloud-based solutions.
Conduct performance monitoring of Microsoft servers, execute routine diagnostic evaluations, manage system backups, and handle cluster failover processes.
Supervise Exchange message queues, troubleshoot delivery issues, and carry out message tracking while documenting findings in operational logs.
Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for enhancing efficiencies through Microsoft tools.
Engage with global partners and Microsoft to maintain an up-to-date understanding of M365 tenant functionalities and capabilities.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing Microsoft Exchange environments, particularly in on-premises to cloud migrations.
Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
Comprehensive knowledge of Windows Server environments.
Experience with Active Directory management.
Proficient in monitoring server alerts for network/system issues, managing Active Directory accounts, and performing data restorations.

Preferred Certifications:
MCSA, MCSE, ITIL, MO365
