As a Logistics Project Coordinator, you will be instrumental in the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of project logistics. Your role will focus on ensuring that all project cargo is transported effectively, securely, and punctually, aligning with our clients' specific needs. This position demands exceptional organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to oversee intricate logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the comprehensive logistics of project cargo, encompassing planning, transportation, and delivery.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients, suppliers, and transportation providers.
  • Ensure adherence to all pertinent regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and other essential paperwork.
  • Monitor and track shipments to guarantee timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to synchronize logistics strategies with project demands.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with project logistics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in project forwarding, logistics, or a similar field.
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
