Key Responsibilities- Supervise Wait Staff: Direct and manage a team of wait staff to ensure prompt and efficient service to residents and guests.

- Manage Menu and Inventory: Oversee the daily menu board, ensure that menu items are prepared and presented to the highest standards, and manage inventory to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure that residents and guests receive exceptional customer service, including prompt seating, attentive service, and timely resolution of any issues or concerns.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of related experience and/or training preferred.
- Experience: Experience working in hospitality, residential, or club dining rooms preferred.
