We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Supervisor to join our team at TMCaz. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for supervising employees preparing and serving food for hospital patients and visitors.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Perform supervisory functions, including preparing work schedules, assigning staff, observing performance, and making recommendations for personnel actions.

• Assist in staff selection and provide training and orientation for employees.

• Communicate direction for correct performance of tasks and levels of responsibility and accountability.

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

• Make task assignments that will help employees develop their skills.

• Monitor and control expenses within approved budget allocations.

• Provide input for budget preparation and keep management apprised of budget variances and unexpected expenses.

• Adhere to TMCaz organizational and department-specific safety, confidentiality, values, policies, and standards.

**Requirements**

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

• Four (4) years of food services experience, preferably in an acute care setting.

• ServSafe certificate.
