Kane Partners LLC is seeking a skilled Heat Treatment Engineer to collaborate with our quality, manufacturing, and engineering teams in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have expertise in heat treatment processes, including furnace designs, heat delivery, electronic controls, and process gases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize heat treatment processes to meet product specifications and quality standards.

• Create electrical schematics and panel drawings while maintaining industry standards and compliances.

• Lead and manage projects related to heat treatment process improvements, including planning, execution, and evaluation.

• Proficiency in PLC programming and relay logic, with a working understanding of AMS2750, NADCAP, ISO9001, NFPA 86, NEC, and Confined Space protocol.

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering is strongly preferred.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience working in a heat-treating facility with a strong background in troubleshooting, process controls, electrical equipment, and PLC programs.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
