Position Title: Recognized internally as Electrician/Instrumentation AA
Employment Type: Full-time/Direct Hire/In-person
Working Hours: Primarily Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with expectations for second shift and on-call rotations.
Compensation: $31.94 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in the Safety Goals program, which includes conducting audits, reporting necessary repairs, identifying safety hazards, and adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean work environment in accordance with the 5S methodology.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective planning, prioritization, and execution of tasks.
- Perform installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of various systems, including:
- Electrical equipment and distribution systems up to 4160V
- AC and DC control systems
- Electronic/Programmable Motor Drive Systems (AC/DC)
- Variable Speed Drives (VSDs)
- Control loop troubleshooting
- Magnetic and electronic motor controls, timers, counters, sequencers, and Allen-Bradley Programmable Controllers
Candidate Profile:
- A High School Diploma is mandatory; additional certifications or completion of trade school is highly regarded.
- Must possess electrical and mechanical aptitude with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with SAP is considered a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of AC/DC motors, motor controls, PLCs, VFDs, and high-voltage electrical systems is essential.
