This role is a key part of delivering our vision. As an Electrical Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of electrical systems to ensure smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement instrumentation testing protocols and procedures.
  2. Ensure instrumentation operation complies with quality parameters.
  3. Assist with identifying and scheduling routine/planned maintenance.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or concerns.
  5. Evaluate existing instrumentation and processes to improve system efficiency and reliability.
  6. Conduct root cause analysis.
  7. Assist with training production staff as needed.
  8. Work with Operations and Engineering to design and develop new control processes.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will require:
  1. A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
  2. Strong understanding of industrial electrical standards, practices, instrumentation, and NEC code requirements.
  3. 2 years' experience in chemical or other manufacturing/processing industry.
  4. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, including planning, scheduling and organizing.
  5. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Good analysis, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.
