Key Responsibilities:- Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls from patients and healthcare providers
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Assist patients with insurance claims and billing inquiries
- Update and maintain accurate patient records
- Provide information on services, procedures, and healthcare policies
- Resolve patient concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency via phone and email
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Intermediate in MS Office
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- 40 hours per week
- Monday- Friday
- 8:00am-5:00pm PST
- No overtime hours
