About the Role

C1 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Solutions Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business results and support the launch of new solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives and support the launch of new solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute product launches, sales plays, demand campaigns, and content development.
  • Collaborate with marketing functions, practice management, and enablement to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target buyer personas.
  • Develop and track performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and inform approaches to maximize impact.
  • Work closely with portfolio teams and related sales channels to inform marketing approaches and execution.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of product marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in a market-facing role.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
  • Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office 365.
  • Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools.
  • Familiar with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and sales enablement platforms.
  • Exceptional marketing ROI skills, able to prove what is –or isn't—working and report on direct business impact to sr. executives.
  • Must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a very strong writer.
  • Excellent people and management skills to manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, colleagues, and third parties.

  • MBA preferred.
