We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team in Addison, Texas. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for processing accurate and timely payroll for our healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities- Process payroll for healthcare clients accurately and in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Calculate and process deductions, benefits, and timecards in accordance with applicable payroll guidelines.
- Generate and distribute payroll reports to management and clients.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and best practices.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll administration, in the healthcare industry.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing and interpreting payroll data.
- Knowledge of Payroll Systems: Experience with payroll systems and software (e.g., ADP, Paychex).
- Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees and clients.
- Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to Compliance: Knowledge of payroll regulations and ability to ensure compliance with relevant laws and guidelines.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred but not required.
