Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Cultivate a high-performing team environment that provides exceptional customer service, while directing and motivating staff to achieve consistently high levels of performance.

- Inventory and Expense Control: Assist with inventory management and controlling expenses to ensure efficient operations.
- Facility Maintenance: Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including entertainment, food, beverage, attractions, and property inspections, ensuring a safe, clean, and secure environment for guests and staff.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve operational execution through attention to detail and adherence to Urban Air operating standards and philosophies.
- Experience: 1+ year of supervisory or management experience in a hospitality or entertainment industry setting.
- Qualifications: Ability to pass a thorough background check, CPR/First Aid Certification preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to motivate and empower team members, and a positive attitude.
- Adaptability: Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, and adapt to changing business needs.
