Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will leverage your communication abilities to clearly articulate solutions to our diverse clientele, which includes educators, students, parents, and school administrators. You will collaborate closely with our account management, engineering, and product design teams to drive ongoing initiatives aimed at enhancing our products and services.
- Develop and sustain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings.
- Utilize your product knowledge to assess customer requirements and guide them in optimizing their use of IXL's software.
- Provide continuous support to customers through various channels, including chat, phone, and email, to ensure their success with our offerings.
- Diagnose issues and deliver expert solutions and alternatives.
- Investigate and replicate software problems to aid in the formulation of bug reports.
- Generate and maintain product documentation for both internal teams and customers.
- Collect customer feedback and feature requests to relay to our Technical Support team, ensuring it reaches the relevant internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role within a corporate environment is preferred.
- Experience in teaching or tutoring is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
- Enthusiastic, positive individual who excels both independently and as part of a team.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The base hourly rate for this full-time position is competitive, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package.
