Job Title: Equity Research Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Equity Research Analyst to join our team at Franklin Templeton. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough fundamental analysis of companies in the financials sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform in-depth analysis of financial companies to identify investment opportunities.
  • Interface with company management, sell-side analysts, competitors, customers, and other industry contacts to gather information and insights.
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support investment decisions.
  • Make buy and sell recommendations of financial company stocks to general and sector fund managers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field of study.
  • 10 years of equity research experience covering the financials sector.
  • MBA or other advanced degree a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build and maintain detailed financial models.
  • Outstanding work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work well on a team.

  • Competitive salary range: $140,000 - $200,000 per year.
