About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Radar Engineer VI to join our team at CAES Systems LLC. As a key member of our radar development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and transitioning innovative radar systems to manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and mature radar concepts, including radar waveform design, performance analysis, and RF aperture definition.
  • Lead detailed radar design, including requirements flow down to radiating elements, RF components, digital communications interfaces, DC bias circuitry, thermal/mechanical, and software.
  • Integrate and bring up radar systems, including antenna range testing and field testing.
  • Transition radar designs to manufacturing and participate in customer and supplier visits and teleconferences.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for radar systems.
Requirements
  • BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 13+ years of experience in radar development and testing.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
  • Knowledge of mmWave radar technologies and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
